Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Carla feels comfortable enough to say she knows the city and surrounding areas herself. Living on the border line of Charlotte/Concord she gets a sweet combination of both outback, relaxing country living and rapid, fun city life.

Carla has always had a fascination for real estate. She remembers tagging along at a young age with her father (subcontractor), just to get a tour of beautiful homes. Having a natural fascination for real estate at a young age, she witnessed as the small city of Charlotte transformed into a vibrate hotspot for newcomers. Taking note of trends, styles, and modern living she now plans to use that to her advantage. The little girl that used to tag along with dad, has grown an interest in searching and flipping distressed single family homes, eventually making a business out of it. Running a business has taught her dedication, negotiation, and motivation to never give up. She takes her responsibilities very seriously, especially knowing that real estate is a huge investment for all of us. She takes into consideration the desires of her clients and is determined to find a cozy home for everyone.

Carla can also speak, read and write fluent Spanish and English. Having roots from Mexico, her parents found it important to preserve her roots and made sure Spanish was her first language, knowing she would pick English up easily at school when the time came.

In her free time you can always catch her adventuring outside. Expect to find Carla at the lake during the summer, hiking at the Appalachian mountains during the fall and winter, and treading trails at the White Water center all year long! You can also find her at the soccer field coaching and training young boys during the spring and fall season.
