Dwayne was born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in Winston Salem, NC. He attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design. After several years in the corporate world, Dwayne chose to leave to follow one of his passions and become a painter and entrepreneur.

Dwayne has always had an interest in real estate, consistently researching various markets and keeping up with the latest real estate news. He draws on his experiences as a home buyer and seller, and extensive knowledge about the local real estate market to guide, advise and educate his clients effectively to empower them to make well-informed decisions. Dwayne aspires to be a solid resource for clients, wanting to be helpful and impactful when it comes to making one of the biggest life decisions.

In his spare time, Dwayne enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and dog, playing basketball with friends and working on diy projects around the house.
