Philip was born in Fairfax, Virginia and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. Graduating with a degree in Financial Management from Clemson University, he worked in commercial real estate as an underwriting analyst before moving to Charlotte to work in banking in various roles.

Philip always had an interest in real estate and having observed the explosive growth that Charlotte has seen over the past few years propelled him to obtain his real estate broker license. He believes in the long term potential and unique benefits that Charlotte offers both as a corporate hub as well as a central location between the East Coast’s metropolitan areas. He has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and being wholly present for their individual needs.

In his spare time, he enjoys exploring new parts of the city, playing recreational sports and engaging in outdoor activities. His hobbies include tennis, early morning workouts, and skating around Uptown and South End on his longboard.
