Stephen Jayne has lived in many large cities over the course of his life, including Guayaquil, Ecuador, Miami and Washington, DC. He has always been passionate about real estate and has invested in and renovated multiple properties since moving to Charlotte over four years ago.

Stephen has worked for ten years in digital advertising and data analytics after earning his degree in Business Management Economics at Florida International University. When not finding or selling homes for Patel Standard Realty clients, Stephen works as a manager in Wells Fargo’s Marketing Analytics and Strategy group where he supports small business accounts.

His unique background in marketing and data analytics allows him to deliver exceptional results for his clients by helping them make data-driven buying and/or selling decisions. He is passionate about providing a seamless buying or selling experience, backed by attention to detail and market research.

In his free time, Stephen loves playing soccer and spending time with his family and two golden retrievers, Abe and Teddy. He also enjoys hunting down new restaurants and good eats all around the Charlotte area.
