Toni was born and raised in a small town south of Jackson, Mississippi. She is the middle child of five children and was raised by two loving parents with help from extended neighborhood moms and dads. At an early age she stepped behind her dad's footsteps while he used his hands to repair and build houses, learning valuable handyman trade skills. At the same time in her youth she would sit with many of her neighborhood parents that were all successful entrepreneurs in business and real estate, learning priceless skills that are not taught in classrooms. So a natural love for real estate and relationships with people grew in her at a very early age. She grew up to go on to attend college at Hinds Community College receiving an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy and attended the University of Southern Mississippi to receive a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems. Immediately after graduating she was recruited by an Information Technology company located in Charlotte, North Carolina. She accepted the job offer, moved to Charlotte and started her professional career as a Software Engineer. After building many years of experience in Information Technology and corporate business that love for real estate remained rooted in her along with a love for Charlotte and the surrounding areas. This led Toni to go on and expand her professional career by getting her NC Real Estate Broker license.

In her spare time, Toni enjoys living life to the fullest and strongly believes laughter is the food to feed the soul. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dog. She loves growing plum trees and evergreen trees in her backyard. She loves watching movies and traveling the world. She loves everything music i.e. listening to music, songwriting, learning to play saxophone, piano, guitar, and composing/producing music.
